Flash Progress

My recent Flash problems were aggravated by the fact that my Indonesian ISP banned access to YouTube on the very night I was struggling to access it. Since then I’ve been to http://unblockyoutube.org and succeeded in accessing YouTube and while I can’t get a video to play on the screen, I am able to download videos using the DownloadHelper Firefox plugin. You just need to uncheck the Remove Scripts and No Referrer checkboxes at the top of the page and the selected video will download and can then be played in Movie Player. So all seems well in my Ubuntu world at the moment. Fingers crossed.
